I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how I collect, use, and safeguard your information when you contact me, request a download, or subscribe to email from this site.

What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site I may collect your name, your email address, your company name and website, and anything else you choose to tell me, including answers you choose to send from the diagnostic.

How I use it

To reply to you, to send you what you asked for (such as the Product Flywheel 2-pager), and, if you subscribed, to send occasional notes. I will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Unsubscribing

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email, or write to me directly, and I will remove you.

Third-party tools

Forms on this site are handled by the site's hosting provider. I may use a trusted email service (such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar) to send notes. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information secure and use it only to deliver email on my behalf.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.
