I live and work in Bozeman Montana. On Friday afternoons I can be found in the Mountains, on the River, on the Trail! I have spent the last 13 years in Product Management related roles across the Outdoor Industry. I love building products, teams, and functions.

My career has centered on driving growth through smart product strategy, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.At Oboz, I helped fuel ~33% annual growth, elevating the brand to REI’s #1 hiking footwear partner and supporting its acquisition by Kathmandu. At TETON Sports, I built product strategy and go-to-market processes from the ground up, optimizing operations and global sourcing to unlock new growth across Amazon, DTC, and retail channels.Today, I partner with entrepreneurial companies as a Fractional Executive, Managing Product and Operations Teams—while providing hands-on expertise in product development, supply chain, and sustainability.I’m passionate about the outdoors, entrepreneurship, and helping teams turn vision into results.
